This luxe lounge in the former Polly Esther's boasts three bars in a 15,000-square foot, two-floor space with seating areas along the perimeter. The main floor remains open for scoping out hotties while moving to mainstream remixes. Hardwood floors, warm earth tones and exposed brick create a classy, loft-like interior. You'll find us posing--we mean standing--at the bar with one of mixologist Myong Park's super-cool cocktails such as the Chicago Two Flat, Flight of the Concorde or American Beauty: Grey Goose Le Vanille, Grey Goose L'Orange, Godiva white chocolate liqueur, Cointreau, white creme de cacao, cream and honey, garnished with a rose petal. Of course, there's also bottle service.
